After working for over a decade in Quality Assurance and Business Improvement in a variety of industries, Stephanie identified a need across various industries for her skillset and established SLW Consulting Australia.
Stephanie established our organisation in 2017 (formerly SLW Consulting Australia) to provide a hands-on approach to consulting services in Quality Assurance, Business Processes and Management Systems.
Going into business for herself, Stephanie's business quickly grew into a team and Integris Group Services Pty Ltd was launched in July 2019. She has a very hands on approach in the structuring of our clients work to enable them to achieve their objectives.
Stephanie spends her time with her family and friends, loves the occasional night out at the theatre to catch the latest production and never misses a Ted Baker sale.
Bridie joined Integris Group Services as an experienced Human Resources professional with a history of working in a variety of industries, including construction, insurance, transport and local government, where she provided exceptional consultancy and delivery of HR services. Bridie has a passion for both optimising people processes and creating culture driven workplaces.
Bridie believes the key to every business' success is ensuring a people focused and productive workforce where employees are engaged and valued. She is always on the look out for the next training, workshop or conference to continue learning and developing for Integris Group Services and our clients.
When she isn't working, Bridie is running after her very active toddler, planning renovations to her new home and enjoying a wine by the fire with her husband.
Thomas has joined Integris Group Services from Strategy and Operations at Deloitte Consulting where he focused on asset management and service transformations. He is driven to help organisations grow in a relatable, professional and conscientious manner that is underpinned by our values.
Thomas brings a unique blend of experience in consulting, asset management, business development and stakeholder management through his industry experience and passion for Digital Engineering and Industry 4.0.
When he isn't working, Thomas loves to spend time with his family. He also has passion for travel and exploring the cultures of the countries he visits. As a former ballroom dancer he has a keen interest in the sport. Whether at work, at home or on holidays., Thomas enjoys drinking too much coffee.
Hannah joined Integris Group Services with over a decade of experience in the transport industry. Hannah brings with her a unique blend of experience having worked in a variety of fields, including project management, customer experience and commercial arrangements.
Hannah is passionate about providing new and innovative solutions to help our clients grow their businesses and improve their processes. She is especially interested in project management and undertaking further studies in the field to continually improve her service delivery.
Hannah is originally from Wales and when she isn't working, she is travelling the world with her family and visiting the UK.
Ivana joined Integris Group Services after completing her Masters in Business & Information Technology and gaining experience in a variety of industries both in Australia and overseas. Ivana has quickly proven herself as a wealth of knowledge in business systems and critical analysis, always looking for opportunities for improvement.
Originally from Malaysia, Ivana moved to Australia at a young age making her extremely adaptable and sociable. Ivana is skilled at cross-cultural communication and enjoys getting to know people from diverse backgrounds.
When Ivana isn't working, she enjoys trying new hobbies, recently taking up Muay Thai Kick Boxing and experimenting with her home cooking.
