As Managing Director, Stephanie has experience in developing training, learning and development content and managing online learning management systems (LMS). Supported by over a decade of experience across Rail, Traction, Transport, & Logistics, Education and Manufacturing industries, plus time spent in Public Service, Stephanie has the organisational context to support training and development that continually improves businesses she works with.
Stephanie established SLW Consulting Australia in 2017 and after two years of growth, Integris Group Services Pty Ltd was established in July 2019.
Stephanie has a CIV in Training, Assessment and Education to support her industry experience in developing online training packages that meet unit of competency requirements set by state and federal governments.
