After working for over a decade in Quality Assurance and Business Improvement in a variety of industries, Stephanie identified a need across various industries for her skillset and established SLW Consulting Australia.

Stephanie established Integris Group Services in 2017 (formerly SLW Consulting Australia) to provide a hands-on approach to management consulting services in Quality Assurance, Business Processes and Management Systems.

Going into business for herself, Stephanie’s business quickly grew into a team and Integris Group Services Pty Ltd was launched in July 2019. She has a very hands on approach in the structuring of our clients work to enable them to achieve their objectives.

Our Founder’s Journey:

As Managing Director, Stephanie has over a decade in Quality Assurance and Business Improvement in Rail, Traction, Transport, & Logistics, Education and Manufacturing industries, plus time spent in Public Service. Stephanie established SLW Consulting Australia in 2017 and after two years of growth, Integris Group Services Pty Ltd was established in July 2019.

Stephanie’s Experience:

Stephanie’s approach is very hands-on, consulting in Business Assurance, Business Improvement, ISO Certification, QA Management, Processes and Management Systems. Structuring her clients work to enable them to achieve their objectives is why Stephanie has established herself as a sought after expert in her field.

When she isn’t working…

Stephanie spends her time with her family and friends, loves the occasional night out at the theatre to catch the latest production and never misses a Ted Baker sale.

Thomas loves to spend time with his family. He also has passion for travel and exploring the cultures of the countries he visits. As a former ballroom dancer he has a keen interest in the sport. Whether at work, at home or on holidays, Thomas enjoys drinking too much coffee.​

Sylvia joined Integris Group Services in 2020, returning to the workforce after starting her family.

She is dedicated to empowering people and organisations, and nurturing talent. Her passion for People and Culture is a driving force behind her ability to create environments where individuals flourish, making her a trusted advisor in the industry.

Sylvia’s experience:

Sylvia has diverse experience in People and Culture, Human Resources, and Training and Development across multiple industries including business consulting, IT and labour hire. She provides expertise in cultivating inclusive workplaces, fostering employee growth, and driving organisational excellence through the development and implementation of strong systems of work.

When she isn’t working…

Sylv is a foodie and is always researching the latest restaurants to visit with her family and friends.

She loves being at the beach and soaking up the joy of a warm summer’s day while getting stuck into new novel – although she is yet to find a series better than Harry Potter!
